Absolutely amazing place. All the services are free of charge and confidential. Contrary to the previous post all qualifications are displayed on the walls. The people here have done so much to help me and my family from food parcels to getting my son into school. Canโt speak highly enough of them. Wonderful organisation and such caring and kind staff.

I contacted Barc on behalf of a friend who was struggling to navigate the benefit system and needed support. Rebecca arranged food parcels and supported the individual to claim the correct benefit and is offering ongoing support to ensure the individual doesn't slip into a crisis again.

My wife and I are elderly and have many difficulties coping with everyday life not always solvable by usual practical means. However, each and every week this charity have checked in with us on the phone to make sure we are coping and they stand ready to help us whenever things get serious. Working with local partners, they arranged for a free skip to help with de-cluttering our house, which for pensioners would normally be prohibitively expensive. I have had free counselling too. We are confident that Bridgend Community Outreach are there as a safety net, whenever we need them. We thoroughly recomend them ๐๐
